Lucas Kumba is a talented African impressionistic artist whose works have been creating waves in the art world for quite some time. Kumba is known for his breathtaking paintings and unique style that blends African art and culture with modern impressionist techniques.
Born and raised in Cameroon, Lucas Kumba was exposed to the vibrant art and culture of his country from a young age. He developed an interest in art early on and began to experiment with different techniques and media. Kumba’s love for art took him to the University of Yaoundé, where he studied Fine Arts.
Kumba’s style is characterised by his use of bright colours, bold strokes, and thick brushwork. His paintings often depict scenes from African life, capturing the essence of the continent’s rich culture and traditions. His use of mixed media, including acrylics, oils, and collages, adds depth and texture to his work.
